Deer Lake Fire Department consists of 25 volunteer members, including our Chief John Dinney & Deputy Don Rowsell. The department is responsible for fire & accident calls in the Town of Deer Lake and surrounding area.

Operating out of our fire hall, it is composed of 25 members with a 24 hour control room (dispatch) located in the Deer Lake Power building. When a emergency call is placed and confirmed all members of the Fire Department are paged and respond to the hall for response to the call.
